Samsung Electronics Reveals Its First Series Of Driverless Car Entertainment Solutions

Samsung Electronics in its quest towards making individual components of Driverless cars, along with Harman International revealed its first set of components for autonomous driving and infotainment solutions. With the rate of growth potential being off the charts, it has turned out to be the hottest segment in the industry. Driverless Car tech has been in great demand since its launch.
At a recently concluded Annual Trade show in Las Vegas, Samsung Electronics unveiled an automotive camera system featuring collision warning, lane-departure warning and adaptive cruise control- developed in collaboration with Harman.
The camera system that is built on machine learning and augmented reality, will go into mass production this year itself. The company officials did not give details on the exact timing. Samsung also showcased a “digital cockpit” that allows drivers to personalize cars even if they do not own them as it pulls users’ profile from their mobile devices and cloud.
